Our team

Norbert began his career in the audit department of PWC in Paris before moving into investment banking in London, with UBS, DLJ, and Wasserstein Perella. He then joined financial institutions specialist Keefe, Bruyette & Woods to launch its investment banking operations in Continental Europe.​ Keen to strengthen his ties with the world of Venture Capital, Norbert participated in the launch of Edenred Ventures.

Norbert holds a Masters in Business Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and an MBA from the London Business School.

Philippe combines entrepreneurial flair with financial expertise. He is the founder of Prepay Technologies, a company he sold in 2007 to Edenred. Philippe then continued to serve as CEO to successfully transform Prepay Technologies into a joint-venture between Edenred and MasterCard International. In 2010, he joined Edenred group as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development, before setting up Edenred Ventures in 2012.

Philippe holds a Master in Economics from the University of Aix-en-Provence and an MBA from London Business School.

Oscar is English, raised in London. Previously, he worked in Private Equity for Sandbox & Co in London, where he was involved in several investment appraisals of ed-tech, gaming and video streaming companies. He has also worked for Accenture and Oliver Wyman.

He graduated with a BA in Archaeology from the University of Bristol. Oscar enjoys playing tennis and following Arsenal FC. Oscar has a focus on professional mobility and future of work.

Olivia is half French, half Italian, born and raised in Spain. In 2018, she co-founded EatsReady, the first Italian startup with a digital meal voucher solution, which she sold to Coverflex in 2022. She was involved with the integration of both companies as well as headed the international (organic and M&A) expansion strategy for a year. 

She started her career in BCG and has also worked in a cybersecurity company as M&A and Integration Officer. She graduated with a BA in International Management and Finance from Bocconi University and holds an MSc from London Business School. Olivia has a focus on future of work and commerce tech.

Francesca is half English, half Italian, raised in Portugal. Previously, she worked in Private Equity for Tenzing in London, focused on buyouts in the tech sector. She has also worked for McKinsey in London and Unicredit in Milan.

She graduated with an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from University of Exeter. Francesca enjoys long-distance running and learning German. Francesca has a focus on professional mobility and corporate payments.

Previously, Daniil worked at a European family office investing in early-stage B2B software. Daniil also held positions at a pre-Series A startup Superdao, and a corporate venture capital fund of a listed telecom company MTS.

He graduated from King’s College London with a BSc in Economics and Management. Daniil is Russian. He plays the guitar and loves Wes Anderson movies.
